What is Lifeline?
Great Lakes Lifeline is a medic alert tool for patients. When they fall or have another emergency, they simply push the personal help button to send the Great Lakes Home Health and Hospice emergency response team into action. Great Lakes Lifeline preserves a cherished way of life by giving seniors the confidence to continue to live their lives to the fullest in their own homes.
How Does Lifeline Work?
The Great Lakes Lifeline medical alarm should be worn around the patient’s wrist or neck. When the patient needs help, they simply push the personal help button. This activates the Lifeline Basic Unit or Telephone, and automatically dials the Great Lakes Lifeline Response Center.
The patient will be contacted immediately by trained personal response associates who have instant access to their complete profile and critical information.
Even if the patient is unable to answer, Great Lakes Lifeline will send help right away.
